About the Attorney
Andy Harp, born and raised in Evansville, Indiana, graduated from Evansville Day School in 1977. Andy Harp received his Bachelor of Science degree, with honors in Marketing, from Indiana University School of Business in 1981. Through the joint MBA/JD program, Andy Harp received his Masters of Business Administration degree from I.U. School of Business and his Doctor of Jurisprudence degree, cum laude, from I.U. School of Law in 1985. Admitted to practice law in Indiana in 1985, Andy Harp served as a staff attorney for a large consumer finance company for about two years before accepting a position with the U.S. Bankruptcy Court in Evansville. From 1989 to 1994, Andy Harp served as Chief Deputy Clerk for the U.S. Bankruptcy Court in Indianapolis. Andy Harp has been a sole practitioner in Indianapolis since 1994.
